Is it time to start again?
No, it isn't. Still hiatus. For a little while, at least.
Both Ves and I talked about what we were going to post here in the inbetween times but neither of us were able to get out of RL things and off our butts long enough to come up with something. You, I'm sure, have had a similar problem as it seems contagious and has affected most of LJ.
So here are a variety of prompts to write on for the rest of this hiatus.
1. Come up with a THE TOP 5 list of your own and write a series of drabbles for each one. Don't know what in the world I'm talking about. It would be like... The Top 5 Places Weevil would never work at. Kia Dealership, Target, Men's Warehouse, Starbucks, prison kitchen. That's just quickly off the top of my head but feel free to use it if it's tickles your fancy.
2. We didn't see Veronica in that many different situations this past fall. Pick a moment in one of her other classes were she was bored or excited or frustrated or depressed. Yes, only those emotions. No, I'm just kidding. If you don't like those emotions, pick your own.
3. Write about a new character. Let's hear it for PIZ! Hooray! Yes, write about Piz. I just don't feel there was much love for that particular character. Hook him up with Veronica or hook him up with someone else or just have him hanging out.
4. Do a "what if" sort of fic. What if Veronica had walked on the gunman (I'm assuming man but feel free to play with the gender) while he/she was still in the room. What if Weevil had been able to beat the rap and had never been in prison. What if Lamb had a heart. That sort of thing. Once again, feel free to use these or come up with your own.
Okay, go write!
